Write a function for the nth term of the sequence. (Assume that n begins with 1.) 3/2 , 4/3, 5/4, 6/5, 7/6

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\frac{n+2}{n+1} \]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how do you get n+2? That's what's mixing me up.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

First term (n=1) has a numerator of 3. So, it is n+2. Same holds true for all other values of n.
