What is the difference between LOG an LN

OpenStudy (dumbcow):

LOG is base 10.....y=LOG x <--> x = 10^y LN is base e.....y=LN x <--> x = e^y

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and e is Euler's number it's equal to 2.718...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

"ln" is the "natural logarithm" as it uses e as a base, as dumbcow (lol nice name!) said. \[\Large \ln x = {\log _e}x\]
