I am not that good at english. But I think c sounds the most correct to me. Although get someone else look at them to see the most correct answer.

Always make sure your clause refers to the subject. Sitara is right, in example C, "beaming proudly" clearly refers to "she". In the other examples, "beaming proudly" seems to refer to the medal. Make sense?
