Is it possible to do the integral of e^(3x)*cos(0.5x) from -pi to pi with the method "integration by parts"?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if i am not mistaken i think that the answer is yes, and this is one of the ones where you go around in a circle, by which i mean that you integrate by parts twice and end up the the same integral you started with, then solve for it

i tried cheating using wolfram, but it used a different technique that requires knowing an identity involving \[e^{ax}\cos(bx)\]

How do I figure out when I´m doing this if I stuck in a cycle I can or can not win?
