In a classroom, the students are 11 boys and 1 girl. If one student is selected at random, find the probability that the student is a girl the answer i got for this one: 2/3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well what your answer was is an easy mistake but what the actual answer is is 1/12 because the total number of people in the room is 12 and there's one girl so you put 1 over 12 and you have 1/12
