Also, beside the fact that we do not know the exact circumstances that made life arise, it's a matter of logistics and timescale. Due to the poor knowledge of the specifics you would also need to have an enormus amount of experiments running simultaneously to account for all possibile conditions. Maybe have to run it for a couple of billion years too, which is kinda hard to manage... It would also possibly be in vain since the chance that it happens again might be so low it will theoretically not happen again in the lifespan of our universe, and the only reason we exist is that some random molecule got really really really lucky 4 billion years ago.

Dr. Wilhelm Reich found evidence of this (life being created anew) during lab work. These findings led to the creation of a whole new field, named Orgonomy. Conventional science was not able to follow this work and so it has been delegated to the "unconventional" , or alternative science category. Reich was one of the most prominent doctors and natural scientists of his time; he and Jung were Freud's closest colleagues, and Reich taught at the New School in New York. His works were banned and burned by a US Court order! Look him up.
