The domain is the set of values over which the relation (and it is a relation and not quite a function) is defined. Because there is more than one y-value to at least one x-value (i.e. (-1,-4), (-1,2)) then we know it's not a function and the domain therefore is the domain of a relation which is just the set of x-points as Mertsj has said.
