You can say that again =P

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry dont know :(

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

np

razor99 (razor99):

u couldnt even write it ur so lazy

OpenStudy (shadowfiend):

... Is there a reason this is in math and posted as a question?

OpenStudy (shadowfiend):

The original topic is not a question, and the question itself is Physics.

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

It's maths. lol. but the topic is Mechanis 1.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It seems like once you know the equation for height given velocity and gravity, the rest of it is basic arithmetic/algebra. Why are you asking? To test the folks?

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

i tried solving but getting wrong answers from yesterday.

OpenStudy (shadowfiend):

There is a mathematical component, yes, but as the best way to approach this problem is sketching a free body diagram, you've pretty much driven yourself headlong into physics territory. We would appreciate it if you posted the question in the appropriate group, that's all.

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

@gt do u know how to solve?

OpenStudy (shadowfiend):

The A-level definition of maths includes preliminary Physics. I don't really mind if you are genuinely confused, but I've politely asked you to move this question into the Physics group. Please do so.

OpenStudy (shadowfiend):

Now you are aware that we consider mechanics to be filed under physics for the purposes of OpenStudy.

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

We do have these topics in Physics as well. but this is Math. No talking about OS consideration.. but in referring to our education system.

OpenStudy (mathmate):

Do you still need the answer, Saifoo?

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

come to the phy section please. stuck with (ii)

OpenStudy (mathmate):

ok
