Okay, think about the properties you are given, one contains starch but no protiens. It also has chloroplasts, a large vacuole and a cell wall - these properties point towards a type of cell/organism (I'll give you a clue: http://waynesword.palomar.edu/lmexer1a.htm -have a read of the properties :)

The other one has no cell wall and no chloroplasts but does have mitochondria, proteins and glycogen.
