No, my homework is a list of symbols (that one included) and it says "what is the name for this symbol, the unit, and the definition?" that's all I'm given. It is a physics problem under the unit of mechanics

I would assume it means angle, but the symbol used is generally theta.

It is Theta. (Θ = Capital Theta while θ = Lowercase Theta)
