Thought you posted this already but w/e. Basically only time you have a tangent theta equal to one both values of sine and cosine must be the same. This occurs at every 45 degree angle in each quadrant. 225 Degrees is for the third quadrant.
I knew part of it would be 45, but I didn't realize how to figure 225. Thank you!

Anyways the angle is in the first quadrant is 45 degrees you add 90 degrees every quadrant.
