How to find a force field of a moving particle? Find the work done in moving a particle in the force field F = (yz +2x)x(x hat)+xz ^y(y hat) +(xy +2z)^z(z hat) along (a) the curve x2 +y2 = 1, z = 1 joining (x, y, z) = (0, 1, 1) to (x, y, z) = (1, 0, 1) (the shortest path), (b) the straight line joining (x, y, z) = (0, 1, 1) to (x, y, z) = (1, 0, 1).

put this up on metya math, but it hasnt been answered as of yet as there are only 7 people online...

OpenStudy (nikvist):

Do you mean \[\hat{F}=(yz+2x)\hat{x}+xz\,\,\hat{y}+(xy+2z)\hat{z}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@nikvist yes but the f is just f without the f hat
