well, it might be helpful to know a 45 degree triangle is basic at 1-1-sqrt(2) in this case youve multipled the sides by 22sqrt(6) so di that same to the sqrt(2)
22sqrt(6)*sqrt(2)
otherwise just use the pythag thrm for right triangles
sqrt(side^2+side^2)=diag
We are allowed to look in the back of the book for answers and it says 44 times radical 3 but I do not understand how to get that. For these types of problems do you always multiply it by something? if so, what?
