No, surface tension has to do with the polarity of the molecules. H2O is polar, and so the molecules at the surface are being pulled together by electrostatic forces. I don't think the other molecules on the list are polar (or at least as polar).

During the course of Solid state physics I taught them. and remember them. If want to calculate them then you have to perform experiments. These are experimental values. And different on different temperatures.

ok i got the answer. From the concept of Buoyant force. Bigger area receive more pressure then small. so a) is correct.
