solve the inequality 4/c+2>1 please help me

OpenStudy (mertsj):

First, subtract 2 from both sides. What do you get?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

.123333334 and -1

OpenStudy (mertsj):

\[\frac{4}{c}+2>1\]

OpenStudy (mertsj):

\[\frac{4}{c}>-1\]

OpenStudy (mertsj):

Multiply both sides by c

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i dont know how

OpenStudy (anonymous):

0 and o

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You dont multiply by c you take 1 to the other side and take LCM if you multiply by c you have to take cases and solve it as when c<0 inequality wuld be reversed

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so it will be -2>c>2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

4/c + 1 >0 (4+c)/c>0 c<-4 or c>0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well could you elaborate?
