how would you address a german soldier in the holocaust
Could you provide an example or a little more detail?

The way the question reads, it suggests that a separate greeting was used for a soldier directly participating in the Holocaust making it a little confusing. In general, the Nazi salute, or Hitlergruess, was used throughout Third Reich at the time by everyone as a show of loyalty.
The question reads very odd. There isn't a specific word for Soldier that participated in the holocaust, I guess War Criminal would be a good word. If you where a German soldier and you addressed a German soldier you would refer to him by Rank and Name just like all other countries. If you want to know a general term for Soldier in German, the word is Soldat and the plural of that is Soldaten.
Sir Nazi.. Haha
