i need to convert pi to binary (the first 15 digits at least), how do i go about converting it even though it's a transcendental number?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

... 2^2 2^1 2^0 2^-1 2^-2 2^-3 ....

OpenStudy (amistre64):

0000 0000 0000 0011 <-> same concept over here

OpenStudy (amistre64):

.07029 --------- 2) .14159 R1 .03514 ---------- 2) .07029 R1 .01757 --------- 2) .03514 R0 .00878 -------- 2).01757 R1 so id say it starts out 0011 1101

OpenStudy (amistre64):

hmm, 0011.0010 so it looks like you swap your zeros and 1 perhaps
