Why is -4 not a whole number?
-4 is a whole number......
That's what I thought. but I'm doing an exam correction sheet and thw question asks which nuber set does -4 not belong to? and the answer was "whole numer". I'm supposed to explain why it's not. so I'm confused.
huh.......well I even looked up what a whole number is and it said that a whole number is anything greater than or equal to one, without any decimals.....and that it can be positive or negative.
Then I'm not sure how to correct this question. Thank's for your help.
:) I'm sorry that I couldn't be of any more help....good luck!!
