Anyone good with proving? I have some sord of opinion question of proving

Do you think each step is necessary? Why or why not? One of the most common errors students make when learning technique of proofs is to skip steps, or assume too much from step to step. A somewhat fun task is to take a proof, leave off a step or two (those that you think are obvious), then try to pass it off as a complete proof. Do you see where someone might be led awry by the missing step?

Thing with proofs, is they have to be precise. If the professor can find where it is false, then your proof is wrong. Proofs allow us to talk about math in an abstract level. We are use to specific examples but proofs help us in applications and future applications.

I hate proofs and my prof hates the way i prove lol. but yess when proving i enjoy to see every step of the way

I am not sure many people like proofs. The people that enjoy them usually get PHD's
in mathematics. I stopped at the Masters..... I love computational math but theoretically math well I can do it but it takes a while for me to fully understand it

ohhh i also wanna get my masters in math but that is in a long time I am still in the way begginning :D
