A space craft in space is weightless. Thus, very little effort is needed to make it move. A single astronaut should be able to lift the space craft as easily as an apple (since they are both weightless) Do you agree?
Since there's no up or down in space, the main question is, how the astronaut would lift anything ?
He should be able to move it but as thomas stated, you cant "lift" something if there is no up and down.
There may be no gravity, but Newton's Third Law still holds. If the astronaut pushed against the spaceship, they would both move away from each other with equal momentum. Most likely the astronaut would drift off into space while the spacecraft wouldn't move much because it's mass is much greater. The opposite would occur in the case of the apple.
