OpenStudy (xbeenchantedx):

how do you solve a^2x^2 - b^2 by diamond factoring?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(ax-b)(ax+b) not sure what u mean by diamond factoring.. but that's factoring.

OpenStudy (asnaseer):

|dw:1328407679873:dw| the final part leads to:\[\frac{ax}{b}\implies ax+b\]\[\frac{-ax}{b}\implies ax-b\] so factorisation is:\[(ax+b)(ax-b)\]
