Directrix (directrix):

The length of the diameter is (used the distance formula) = 2 times Square Root of 34. The radius is, then, √ (34) The midpoint of the diameter is the center of the circle and will give the (h,k). (6-4)/2 gives 1 for h and (-2+4)/2 yields 1 for k. (x - 1) ^2 + (y - 1) ^2 = √ (34) ^2 (x - 1) ^2 + (y - 1) ^2 = 34
