consider the following equation x+3y=-21, given x=-6, find the value for y
y=-5
how did you come up with -5 if you don't mind me asking
if i not mistaken i just subtitute the value of x into the eqt..:)
it's correct bc thts what my instructor has on the answer sheet..I just didn't know how she got the answer
its correct?whoaa...lets try more question..its fun ..:D
:) given x=-3, find the value for y...same equation
y=-6
yep...omg...I'm not getting it
oraite...u juz subtitute the value of x first...into the eqt...
so the equ will be -3x+3y=-21???
juz put 3 into x....n no need to wite x again because u already subtitute the value of x got it?
YES!!!! thank you soooo much...I'm a fan of yours...I see the page is about to reload will we loose contact?
-3 +3y=-21
then divide by 3 right??
oraite my dear...yeahh!!cleaver!
well add 3 to the other side and the divide... :)
yeap3..:)
