I have never taken any biochem classes but it would seem to me that the oxygen molecule bonds would effect it by forcing different molecular shapes at the nano scale which in turn would effect the micro scale once enough addition oxygen bonds have been added or subtracted. I could also venture to guess that temperature could adversly effect hemoglobin production the colder it got.

Temperature --> Enzymes work best at a certain temperature range, so if the temperature is too low, hemoglobin may not be able to carry out its function very well. Also, if the temperature is too high, the enzyme may be denatured. pH --> Enzymes also have an optimal pH range as they have special functional groups that are affected by the presence of hydrogen or hydroxide ions. Your blood has so much molecules that can act as buffers to maintain the pH that hemoglobin requires to function. The pH of the blood is around 7.35, so hemoglobin requires a slightly basic environment to... Oxygen molecules --> I'm not too sure on this, but the number of oxygen molecules will definitely cause conformational changes to the enzyme because of oxygen's high electronegativity.
