What is √200-√36?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think it's 6.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I know the 2nd one is 6

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and the first one is 14.14

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yup, I want to know how to do it in radical not decimal, thanks though

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Square root 200 = \[10\sqrt{2}\] Square root 36 = 6 So in the end it is: \[10\sqrt{2}-6\] Is the answer. Or if you want, take square root 2 =1.41 And, 10(1.41)-6 14.1-6 = 8.1 is your answer.
