I say it's B. Because lysozyme causes the substrate molecule to adopt a strained conformation similar to that of the transition state...

I think that's correct : lysozyme breaks down the substrate (peptidoglycans in the cell wall of gram-positive bacteria) by binding the substrate and forcing it into an altered conformation which allows the bond to be broken more easily.
