No. High pitch -> high frequency.

That's why when you hear very low pitch sounds--such as at a movie, or a train going past--you can feel the vibrations, because the frequency is so low you can differentiate the peaks of sounds and it has the distinctive r-r-r-r-r-r-r-r quality to it. High pitch sounds sound to us more constant, because we can't hear the peaks of the sound any more.
