depends on the time and who you were - For early colonists: 1 and 4 were probably universally true If you were poorer, you would probably sympathize with 2 If you were richer you would aspire to 3 and leading up to the revolution if you were a tory you would probably reject 1 and support 4; If you were with the Sons of Liberty, you would certainly support 1; you would be wishy- washy to against 4. Giving up on the whole King thing was a pretty difficult idea for most folks.
