Find the slope of the line using the two plotted points in the graph.

4/3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

select (-2,3) and (0,2) when you take its tangent, then it will be 4/3

You can take the two highlighted points: (-3, 6) and (6, -6). The slope is given by \[m = \frac{\Delta y}{\Delta x} = \frac{y_{2} - y_{1}}{x_{2}-x_{1}}\]So that would be \[m = \frac{-6 -6}{6-(-3)} = \frac{-12}{9} = -\frac{4}{3}\]

Can I just get a final answer. So confused?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-4/3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thats the slope?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yep
