The quantity of sugar and milk in each cup of tea can be represented as an ordered pair a.true b.false ?

OpenStudy (bahrom7893):

i think it's true... but not really sure what they mean

OpenStudy (bahrom7893):

ordered pairs are things like coordinates.

OpenStudy (bahrom7893):

actually this might be false too.. debatable lol

OpenStudy (angela210793):

maybe u express them in fraction form.....i think

OpenStudy (bahrom7893):

i mean milk and sugar are mixed up...

OpenStudy (mertsj):

Ordered pairs are pairs of numbers in which the order is important. So if you specify the the first number is the amount of sugar and the second number is the amount of milk, or vice versa, then of course, they could be written as ordered pairs.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah (a,b) or (b,a). Order doesnt matter here :)

OpenStudy (mertsj):

Order does matter, after the definition is made.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah right!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think this is false because everyone has a unique answer
