13/12

razor99 (razor99):

hey we have to find te lcm

OpenStudy (ash2326):

we have \[ \frac{1}{2}+\frac{1}{3}+\frac{1}{4}\] let's find the LCM of 2, 3, 4 2=2 3=3 4=2\(\times\)2 LCM = common factors\(\times\) uncommon factors 2 is the only common 3, and another 2 from 4 are the uncommon factors LCM=2 \times (2*3)= 12 now rewriting the expression \[\frac{1\times 6}{2\times 6}+\frac{1\times 4}{3 \times 4}+\frac{1\times 3}{4 \times 3}\] so we get now \[\frac{6}{12}+\frac{4}{12}+\frac{3}{12}\] we get finally \[\frac{6+4+3}{12}=\frac{13}{12}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(6 +4 + 3) /12 =13/12

razor99 (razor99):
