7n^3 / 2n^5

\[\frac{7}{2n^2}\]

7n^3/2n^5. Whenever you are dividing with something and exponents are involved, you subtract the exponents (exact opposite of what you do when you are multiplying). So, you subtract down to the point of 0. In order to get one of the exponents down to 0, you must subtract by 3. Then you will get 7n^0/2n^2. n^0 is the same thing as one, so you can just say 7/2n^2
