MIT 6.00 Intro Computer Science (OCW) 7 Online

What courses do you guys recommend to take after this one about programming?

There are two ways, I think. One of these is to watch Stanford's CS106A. It's taught in Java, and it keeps the high level programming, very much like MIT's one. Also, it has a natural follow up in CS106B and CS107, both free on Youtube. The other possibility is to take Harvard's CS50. It's a more complex course, and is a lot more in depth than what you are used to in an Introductory course. It was eye-opening for me. It's taught in C, a really powerful language, in my biased opinion. Minor possibilities are USNW's Higher Computing course. The lecturer is really energetic and it's a completely different course (in a good sense) than those described above. MIT's 6001, so I have heard, is the natural follow-up inside MIT, but I think that it's a very very difficult course. I would suggest that, unless you feel you have a really good grasp in programming from 6.00, to watch at least another introductory course. Also, if you are interested in Python, check Google's online lecture with Nick Parlante. Really cool :-)
