,What is the equation of this circle? Answer (x + 1)2 + y2 = 2 (x – 1)2 + y2 = 2 (x + 1)2 + y2 = 4 (x – 1)2 + y2 = 4

I think all 4 are.

there u go ^^^ XD

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the constants (with opposite sign) with x and y represent the center of the circle. can you find out what is the center of your circle in the picture.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think the answer is A am i right it fights the numbers fit in the equation properly

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It should be D. the center is at (1,0) and it goes with opposite sign in the equation. so (x-1)2+(y-0)2=2(radius) ^2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oww i see thank you for the help and explaining it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

because the equation does fit this graph thanks so much
