Actually I'll give you the answers. If you fail high school so early then you won't be hired by Mc Donald to flip burgers, which is bad for me since I like to eat there sometimes. The speed is given by \[speed = \sqrt{2^{2}+14^{2}} = \sqrt{200}\] The angle is given by \[\tan^{-1} (2/14)\]
