i am stuck with this problem.... x-4/x^2-x-12 * x-4/x^2-8x+16

start by factoring the denominators so you get (x-4)/(x+3)(x-4) and (x-4)/(x-4)^2 you can see that the x-4 in the numerator will cancel in both terms then it's easier to multiply now you should get 1/(x+3)(x-4) as the answer
