What is a way that flowers have adapted to butterflies and bees?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

They have, through evolution, evolved to have more vibrant colors and patterns that attract the attention of butterflies and bees. The best looking flowers are more likely to be noticed by them, and thus are more likely to be pollinated by them. This pollination spreads the spores of flowers to other flowers, which results in reproduction. Thus, the flowers that stand out the most are the ones that reproduce the most, leading to this adaptation.
