If you imagine it being in the first quadrant, then the triangle would be an isosceles triangle. Since it's also a right triangle, the two acute angles must both be 45. Then, by 45-45-90, the hypotenuse would have to be sqrt(2). Your angle would be 45 and your magnitude sqrt(2). Since this isn't in the first quadrant, all you need to do is change your angle.
