Say we draw a line from Q->S. Then we would have two isosceles triangles, QPS and QSR. Because the angles at the base of each isosceles triangles are equal, we can see that angle Q and angle S are equal. That would mean <S is also 100 degrees. Then we know that closed quadrilaterals have angles that add up to 360 degrees, and so you can add the three angles and subtract from 360 to get <P.
