In order to find the angle you must first find the velocity and from that the acceleration. Since $v= (2\pi r)\div T$ $v=(2\pi 1.95)\div 2.2$ $=5.57ms ^{-1}$ therefore $\tan \theta=v ^{2} \div r.g =\tan^{-1} 95.57^{2} \div1.95 \times 9.8)$$\theta = 80.80$
