Is the length L given?
In order to find the angle you must first find the velocity and from that the acceleration. Since \[v= (2\pi r)\div T\] \[v=(2\pi 1.95)\div 2.2\] \[=5.57ms ^{-1}\] therefore \[\tan \theta=v ^{2} \div r.g =\tan^{-1} 95.57^{2} \div1.95 \times 9.8)\]\[\theta = 80.80\]
