Name the property of equality that justifies the statement. @phi you got a sec to help me out? having a vary hard time with this one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

whoa that looks hard

OpenStudy (turingtest):

it's just substitution

OpenStudy (turingtest):

you substituted m<2 for m<4 because they are equal

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol Would you write substitution like this :O

OpenStudy (turingtest):

like what? I don't follow...

OpenStudy (turingtest):

a+b=c+d if we have that b=d, then we can sub that in above and get a+d=c+d that is all that is happening here

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you said the question was just substitution xD Oh wow its a lot nicer on the eyes once you break it down, So does that make it a substitution property, because where using substitution? or am i missing something?

OpenStudy (turingtest):

no you got it :) we subbed m<2 for m<4 into the problem (because they are equal), hence we used the substitution property gotta get to class, hope it's clear

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its vary clear thank you for taking the time to break it down :)
