If the number of lines of the electric field that a charge produce is infinite, how is possible that the electric flux (E*A) is proportional to the number of lines?, wouldn't the answer be always infinite?

no, the no. of lines of forces in a given area (which is finite)will be finite.we know that the number of lines of the electric field that a charge produce is infinite,but this is true only infinitely large area.But electric flux is given for finite area hence the no of lines will be also finite..

thank you for your reply :)!, but if the number of lines is finite for a finite area, that means that there isn't a line in every point in space of that definite area, and I think that's no possible. I'm confused :(
