oh yea sry i think its b cause it says it has peptidoglycan in cell walls not sure

I think you are right. Many bacteria definitely have peptidoglycan in their cell walls, so that is a good place to start. It means it isn't option number four. And they have them in cell walls, not cell membranes so the first and third options are also out. :D
