false, there are a lot of bacteria that can convert chemical composts, like sulfur in energy by oxidation, fermentation, etc.

I don't think so, but almost all of them are. But in biology you can't say all, or never, because someone will always find something new. ^^ . I'll research about this, if I found some autotrophic fungi, I let you known.

Yeah, looks like all fungi are heterotrophic... but they made mutualistic relation with autotrophs.

Fungi are indeed heterotrophic, but I don't think they're relevant here: they're all eukaryotes :) Back on topic, do you know what chloroplasts are? More specifically, do you know where they come from, and what they used to be?
