Coulomb's Law! http://hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/hbase/electric/elefor.html Your force is equal to 1N, k is a constant value that is known, and then you should have the value for the charges of the two electron (basically since you have two electrons, and they each have the same charge you just square the value). Then you can rewrite the equation and set it to where r is equal to all of your values. Basically, r = square root of [ (k)(q^2) divided by F ]
