As you know we have taste buds on our tongue.And there are specific receptors which can taste sweet,sour,bitter and salty.Is that the how people created that way or this is a mechanism of the evolution?I mean are first the people had this specific receptors?

There is no proof whether we are born like that or it's evolution
but sure, it can be evolution
when we taste something sweet, the sweet receptors will sense the brain to tell u that "oh it's sweet" 
Since the taste buds are made up of cells, these cells can be evolved for different tastes

I'm guessing here, but I would think this is a mechanism of evolution. Part of the reason why we have taste receptors is to (supposedly) discourage us from eating things we shouldn't. And we know from Darwin that a species can evolve in multiple ways to adapt to different environments, so wouldn't we also evolve to have different receptors? Things that taste wonderful to some (I recall being at a Hong Kong street vendor selling bugs) are repulsive to others. Is it evolution, or merely culturally adapted preference? Sorry, I guess this is more of a rhetorical question than an answer.
