What is the % of alcohol in patient's body? The alcohol content in a 12oz beer is 5%. Patients weight is 150lbs. What chemical reaction took place in patients body? What substance is produced by liver?

There isn't enough info here. One beer? Two beer? Three beer? Floor? The rest of your questions I can't answer unfortunately. My friends google and wiki would be glad to help though.

The answer depends on what resources they want you to use. If they want the % of alcohol by weight(which seems likely considering the phrasing), we can calculate how much the alcohol weighs, and divide it by the weight of the patient. if 5% of the 12oz beer is EtOH, than .6 fl oz was consumed. The density of EtOH is .8 ounces per fluid ounce, so .48 ounces, or .03 lbs, were consumed(.8 x .6 / 16). The quick answer is .03 / (150 + .72(weight of the person + beer without the EtOH)) -> 2e-4, or .02%. For the BAC, you would use the Widmark Formula http://www.seattle-duiattorney.com/dui/widmark-equation.php that site has a lovely walkthrough already posted, just solve for BAC, and use time = 0.
