Hm this is a tough one. You can eliminate A and C - the former because that's likely the job of an enzyme, the latter because we know that's the job of the nucleic acids. However, B and D are both pretty legit answers, in my opinion. You have cellulose, widely used by plants as a building material, which is a polysaccharide (so B's correct). You also have starch, another polysaccharide, stored in amyloplasts to provide the plant with energy (so D's correct). You could make a pretty good argument for either one of those choices.
