hero (hero):

Okay, and what did you get for the slope?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i dont know how to do slope...when i counted i got y=o and x=o but i dont know if thats how u do slope...

hero (hero):

Yes, if you knew how to get slope, you wouldn't have gotten x = 0 and y = 0.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well then help me.... instead of telling me what i already know...

Change in y seems to be 6 units as the "vertical distance" between the two points passes through 6 squares. Change in x seems to be 1 unit as the "horizontal distance" between the two points passes through 1 square. So, slope = change in y divided by change in x. But, y is changing in a negative way. So, taking that into account, you get: slope = -6/1 = -6
