A theorem is proved using a geometric proof.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what's your question?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

true or false ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Not necessarily. It can be.

OpenStudy (experimentx):

if it is proveable

OpenStudy (anonymous):

postulate or theorem

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im pretty sure its true!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

IIRC, a theorem is a statement that is proved using prior assumptions (axioms & postulates). If you use a geometric argument, then it's a geometric proof. You can prove a theorem by different arguments (induction, contradiction and so on). Personally, I think it's a badly formulated question.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but postulates cant be proven.

OpenStudy (experimentx):

speed if light is constant --> that's a well known a postulate
